General Terms and Conditions of Reservation

These general terms and conditions apply to all reservations made via the website www.la-roseraie.be, by telephone, by email, or by signed order form.
They form an integral part of the reservation contract and are deemed known and accepted upon confirmation.

Rates

All prices are inclusive of all taxes and service charges, but excluding drinks.
Rates are subject to change without notice unless otherwise specified in a quotation or contract.

Reservation Confirmation

A reservation is only considered confirmed when it is guaranteed by:

  • a valid credit card with an expiration date, or

  • a deposit payment (amount specified upon booking),

and after receipt of a written confirmation from us.

Deposits are non-refundable under any circumstances, even if a no-cancellation-fee waiver is granted. However, with the owner's written consent, deposits may be reused for a similar type of stay within 12 months of the original arrival date.

Cancellation Policy – Individuals (1 to 2 rooms)
  • Cancellation less than 48 hours before arrival:

    • For stays of 1 or 2 nights: 1 night will be charged.

    • For stays of 3 nights or more: the full amount of the reservation will be charged.

  • For reservations of more than 3 rooms:

    • Cancellation less than 7 days before arrival: 100% of the reservation will be charged.

  • Any postponed stay, once accepted, cannot be cancelled again, regardless of the reason.

  • All cancellations must be made in writing by email or postal mail.

Cancellation Policy – Groups (3 rooms or more)
  • Free cancellation: up to 90 days before arrival.

  • Cancellation between 89 and 60 days before arrival:

    • 30% of the total amount will be charged.

  • Cancellation between 59 and 30 days before arrival:

    • 50% of the total amount will be charged.

  • Cancellation less than 30 days before arrival:

    • 100% of the total amount will be charged.

These conditions also apply in case of a reduction in the number of rooms or nights booked.

Cancellation Policy – Companies
  • A signed purchase order is required for all corporate bookings.

  • Once signed, no changes may be made by the client. Only the hotel Aux Beaux Rivages may decide whether or not to accept a change.

  • The hotel reserves the right to charge the full amount of the purchase order in the event of cancellation or disagreement.

General Provisions
  • Any confirmation by phone, email or signed order form implies full acceptance of these terms.
    This also applies to clients or companies who do not speak French; they are expected to translate this text at their own expense and cannot claim ignorance.

  • Any stay that has begun must be paid in full.

  • In case of no-show, the total cost of the stay will be charged to the credit card provided, unless explicitly waived by La Roseraie.

  • The hotel reserves the right to refuse any reservation if the credit card details are invalid or the booking is incomplete.

  • Accepted payment methods: VISA, EUROCARD.
    Not accepted: cheques, meal vouchers, restaurant tickets.

  • Pets: Dogs are allowed with a €15 supplement per dog per night, maximum 2 dogs per room.

  • Check-in: 3:00 PM – 6:00 PM
    Check-out: 8:00 AM – 11:00 AM
